The program concludes as the teams relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Everyone participates in a Graduation Ceremony and receives a “Certificate of Completion” in Culinary Team Building to commemorate their cooking adventure.

A typical Culinary Team Building experiece is as follows:

Before the event, brief background information is obtained so the team-building experience can be customized for your group.
Once at the Creative Cooking School, your group will be greeted by our staff.
To start off the event, your group enjoys gourmet appetizers and refreshments.
The group receives their Menu and Recipe Packets, Aprons and Hats.
The group is randomly divided into TEAMS.
Each TEAM must collaborate on a culinary TEAM name and participate in a team-building warm up exercise.
The program begins with an introduction and orientation by our Team-building Experts, Catherine Margles, MBA, Chef, Owner and Founder of Creative Cooking School.
Next there will be group instruction in basic cooking techniques, knife skills and safety and sanitation in the kitchen, led by a classically trained Chef Instructor.
Then the FUN continues. Each TEAM works with fresh and seasonal raw ingredients and, under the guidance of Creative Cooking School Chef Instructors, combines to create a complete memorable gourmet meal.
Team-building Lessons from the Kitchen© are interwoven through out the event.
Each TEAM will make ALL courses on the menu.
Bon Appetit! After enjoying their meal and socializing, TEAMS meet to discuss what they have learned and how to apply these concepts in their daily work lives.
There is a graduation ceremony where everyone receives a "Certificate in Gourmet Cuisine" to remember their TEAM-Building Event.
The Happy Team Builders leave Creative Cooking School with new energy and new ideas to energize their TEAM and to enjoy the rest of their stay in "Sunny" Las Vegas!
